After navigating the challenges of relocating from India to Canada and experiencing firsthand the complexities of renting, buying, and understanding the North American housing market, Nitant recognized a clear gap — homeownership was out of reach for too many hardworking Canadians.

Armed with a Master’s in Engineering from Carleton University, professional experience in starting-up multiple successful ventures in Edtech, Crypto, E-com and Prop-tech, and a deep passion for solving real-world problems, Nitant set out to simplify homeownership.

With MoveInOwn, he’s combining modern fintech strategies and Canadian real estate expertise to create a frictionless pathway to homeownership — one where people can move in today and own tomorrow.
